Amy was introduced to the basics of Thai Massage at her AcroYoga teacher training with Jason Neemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein.  To gain more knowledge in this modality and appease her love of travel, Amy studied Thai Massage in Thailand.  She enjoys giving Thai massage for the deep stretches and therapeutic pressure point holds.

Amy's Craniosacral studies have given her faith in the body's ability to self heal with gentle encouragement.  She has experienced the mystery of this technique and has found it to be consistently powerful and effective.

Circus Arts

Amy is drawn to the circus arts as a way to express her playful nature.  She received her training in AcroYoga (yoga, partner acrobatics and Thai massage) from Jenny Sauer-Klein and Jason Neemer.  Partnering with the trapeze and fabric was a natural progression and joyous exploration for her.  She studied and trained aerial fabric, trapeze and lyra with Revolve Aerial dance, New England Center for Circus Arts and Kate Law of Bow and Sparrow.  She offers classes, workshops, privates, performances and Jams.  She thoroughly enjoys teaching AcroYoga and Static Aerial Trapeze and Lyra for everything it offers:  balance, strength, flexibility and creativity.  She believes in making classes fun and accessible for all ages and abilities!

Ayurveda

Amy offers educational lectures on Ayurveda.  Ayurveda is a traditional medicine from India. It is a 5,000 year old science that views health and disease as the end result of how we interact with the world, in terms of our beliefs, perceptions, thoughts, feelings and actions. Ayurveda teaches us that if we find balance with our individual nature we will find lasting health.
